You Are What You Eat

This is just a quick update to my site relating to what you eat. Its been said thousands of times – You really are what you eat. One of the best DVDs that I recently purchased is called Food Matters and if you want a really good informative session on what to eat by some of the leading expects, then I would highly recommend you take a look at this documentary.

You have people like Andrew Saul PhD. in Human Ethology, David Wolfe who is a leading expert in raw food and super food diets, Ian Brighthope – Professor and MD, victor Zeines – holistic Dentist and Nutritionist, Phillip Day – investigative journalist, Dr. Dan Rogers – MD and Naturopath and numerous other leading experts. What I like about the documentary is how they break it down into bite size chunks so you can really get their critical points.

It really takes an inside look at what’s happening in our society. If your not feeling good after you eat, perhaps you need to take a look at the obvious – what’s on your plate. The fact is the answers have always been right in front of us when it comes to taking better care of ourselves. That includes eating more plant based diets, less of the wrong kinds of fat, getting off our butts and exercising more regularly and just enjoying ourselves more on a day to day basis.

Seriously, this is a really good DVD and just click on the link above – non affiliate link too.
